'Tis the Season to Save Money & Still Look Hot!

For all my budget conscious gals who--like most of us right now--are trying to accommodate a fall/winter wardrobe on half of last years budget. . .I have found a couple of fabulous websites to help fashionistas who love swanky style that's also affordable.
I encourage all of my lovely followers to post additional websites below in the comments section--after all, we're all in this together girls!

First and foremost, I adore ModCloth not only for the excessively posh and mod styles but also for the fantastic price tags and $7 flat rate shipping (in the continental U.S. only).

The dresses are downright desirable. . .

"Love Letter" Lace Dress: $67.99, "A-List" Sequin Dress:$49.99

The accessories amazing. . .

Owlet Pin: $23.99, Sequin Leggings: $62.99

. . .And the site even carries creative holiday gifts for your girls!
Such as these "playtime' salt & pepper shakers, $11.99 or this vintage inspired flask, $34.99

Visit: www.modcloth.com

Sephora--a god-send for any woman who loves the latest & greatest beauty buys

Second on my list today is a noteworthy website for acquiring all of your favorites in cosmetics & beauty. I know most of my go-to gals already adore this store, but did you know that shopping online with this company reaps considerable benefits?

$48 "Ultimate Blockbuster"

http://www.sephora.com/ is the place to go even if you have a store nearby

I found that, even living in Hawaii, I can get free shipping on all my orders over $50 (not hard to do) as well as receive 5 free samples with each order. . .And, when my VIP Beauty Insider Card (free to join) adds up to 100 points (earn 1pt for each dollar spent), I also get to pick out a 'deluxe sample'--last time it was a trial size of Benefit Bad Gal Mascara in Blue. Lavish!

Don't forget to visit http://www.retailmenot.com/ to gather your coupon codes to enter when checking out. I saved $10 today on an order from snapfish.com just by getting a coupon code first. Genius!

So ladies. . .Let's start shopping!

  1. I love the modcloth site, although their posting of six pages of gorgeous vintage clothing, 98% of which is already sold, is just plain cruelty!

The tips on the Sephora savings are superb! Keep up the great sleuthing, Greta!

  2. So true K'ai, I noticed that about the vintage too...looks like plenty of other swanky sistas have a heads up on this site. I do know that they post new vintage items daily. Guess the key is to check back and buy right away.
